Volunteers Wanted

Here's your chance to see behind the scene and experience first hand what makes the Quilt Show Reno so fantastic each year.

You'll get first look at the quilts while they are being hung, meet new friends and get inspired!

We need volunteers every year, to help us complete the monumental task of bringing this show to our consumers.

• Demonstration Helpers

Guilds- You can earn a free vendor booth at the show. Here’s how…

Your guild members can sign up for half day shifts to help hang and take down the special display quilts, and that time is credited toward your booth fee. With several volunteers working a few shifts, you’ll soon earn a free booth! In your booth space, you can recruit new members, sell raffle tickets for your opportunity quilt and display guild members projects created over the last year.
