General Information
Classes will be held from June
9 through Saturday, June 13, 2026, starting at 8 am.
Doors will open for classes ONLY: 7:00 am for 8:00 am classes.
ORDER RECEIPT/CONFIRMATION
Please carry your order/receipt with you to each class. Your order receipt/confirmation is your admission to the class ordered. The receipt can be a printout or must be available to view on your electronic device. MAP
ADMISSION TICKETS
Pick up your pre-ordered admission tickets at the class registration desk located at Nevada Office 1, across the hall from classroom N5 on the lower level of the hotel.
Students who have ordered classes plus a 3-Day Admission Ticket can pick up their Special VIP Badge and Gift Bag, sponsored by Fabric-Chicks Creative Oasis of Gardnerville, NV, at the class registration desk located at Nevada Office 1, across the hall from classroom N5 on the lower level of the hotel.
Purchase admission tickets at the Silver State Pavilion ticket office located on the lower level of the hotel across from the Spa.

We will have nearly 80 workshops and lecture/demos offered for all skill levels, all under one roof – brought to you by 18 of the world’s most talented quilting and sewing artists!
* For all hands-on domestic sewing/quilting classes, if instructed, you are required to bring your own sewing machine in good working order, including your pedal, cord, and manual.
EXCEPTIONS:
BERNINA Sewing Machines are provided by Going Batty Quilt Shop for all Workshops in classroom N3.
BERNINA L890 Overlocker/Serger Machines are provided by Going Batty Quilt Shop for all Workshops in classroom N2.
JANOME Sewing Machines are provided by Sierra Sewing, Quilting, & Vacuums for all Workshops in classroom N5
Sewing Machine and Supply storage: For your convenience, we have available, free of charge, temporary and overnight storage at the class registration desk located at Nevada Office 1, across the hall from classroom N5 on the lower level of the hotel.
Cancellation/Exchange Policy: Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be made for admission or class tickets—NO exceptions. If you are unable to attend, please give your tickets as a gift to a friend.
Class Fees, Kit/Handout Fees, Supply Lists and more...
PLEASE NOTE: Kit Fees and Handout Fees are NOT included in the Class Fee. The Kit/Handout Fee amounts listed under the class descriptions are paid directly to the teacher in the classroom at the beginning of the class.
SUPPLY LISTS: Are listed with each class right below the description. Make sure you have all the supplies required for the class. Some classes require some advanced cutting, etc. These supply lists and/or cutting instructions are linked to our Supply List Library in a PDF format so you can print them out.
